Paul Washburn has done it again! He's built another steam locomotive from scratch. This time it is the Tidewater Southern #132, a 2-6-2 that originally was Sierra Railway Company's # 32. He started the project sometime in January of this year and completed it in June. Follow the link below to see some of the build photos that Paul shared.
