The S Scale Resource Digital Magazine Ceases Publication
Daniel Dawdy sent out an e-mail today, announcing that the issue they released on September 30, 2024, their Nov/Dec issue of The S Scale Resource, was their last issue. They will continue their O-scale magazine. The two main reasons were the lack of sufficient advertisers and the lack of articles being sent in (the latter being the dominant reason). We want to thank Dan and Amy for providing us this wonderful digital magazine for ten years. The back issues will continue to be available on their web site for all to enjoy.
2024 Catalog by Lionel
Lionel has their 2024 Volume 1 catalog out. Their American Flyer products are sprinkled throughout the catalog, rather than being confined to one specific area.
On page 149 they show the 20th Anniversary Polar Express box car and passenger car.
On page 159 they show the 2024 Christmas box car.
Starting on page 217 they list items that they still have in stock, which includes sets, passenger cars, freight cars, and track components.
