Notes:

Rusty was a retired Air Force weatherman, and so named his layout after the two weathermen who discovered how to predict Tornados. Six to eight operators would run the layout for about an hour using simple switch lists on most Friday nights, as well as help work on the layout itself. Several engines have been converted to CVP dead-rail battery power. Operators would bring their own battery-powered engines, too.
