Notes:

The layout is constructed in a stand-alone barn, after having been moved from the house's attic. This is Joe's third layout. The layout and its space are designed for wheel-chair access. Joe passed away in November 2023. Despite Joe's passing, members of the South Jersey S

Steve's Auto Service & Repair is a kitbashed Plasticville small gas station. The work was done by Milt Leap. The business is named for Joe's son who is always working on one of the family's vehicles. This structure is #16 in the track diagram.
