Former Layout by Joe Schmidt (d)

Layout Status:

dismantled

Track Type:

AF

Track Manufacturer:

A.C. Gilbert

Notes:

Joe Schmidt was an active member of the Central Pennsylvania S Gaugers. The pictures shown were taken over a period of years. The layout was full of animations. Automobiles moved along the highway on a belt system, the skiers came down the mountain, the burning house had smoke and real water from the firemen, the parade moved in a circle, and the electric buses went around the town. Joe later became an active member of the Baltimore American Flyer S Gauge club. These pictures were taken in the late 1960s to early 1970s.
