3D-printed Gondola

The gondola side shown in Jim Kindraka's photo below is the first iteration. Changes have already been made to improve it slightly.

Bill Lane designed and printed three of these Norfolk Southern 52-foot gondolas, with a realistic center sag that these cars started to develop as they aged. That's the beauty of 3D-printing; once you have the design and printing of one car debugged, you can print however many you need to build your entire fleet.
