This laser-cut kit features Northeastern basswood, with all major cutting completed. Walls are double thickness 1/16" basswood; corner trim is 1/16" milled basswood angle. A banded cylindrical-topped water tower adorns the roof of the structure's loading area, and dust-gatherer cyclones are included as part of the kit details. The material for all three floors is included in the kit, which makes for an incredibly strong structure. The kit includes the boiler house and the water tank, which were also available separately:
