This kit includes cafe building, fabricated background buildings, street, sidewalk, and mirror. Includes signage, cafe interior details, and custom-sculpted figures. Since the kit is designed either for street level or custom installation to fit a space, no railings, stairs, bridge, and lower level retaining walls are included. There is a how-to-build-it article in the June/July, 2021 issue of the S Scale Resource magazine. This kit was manufactured for Wit and Wisdom Models exclusively by Right On Track Models.
