The Tobacco Drying Barn is a common structure found in rural southern states, marking the tobacco farming industry. The barn was used to dry tobacco leaves, which were hung on wooden posts along the width of the barn, heated from the fire pit built into the opening in the brick foundation. The kit includes laser-cut wall and roof sections, laser-cut details, stripwood, and roofing materials.
