Warehouse footprint: 8" x 7-3/4". Office footprint: 3-1/2" square. The Lumber Yard Set consists of the Office and the Warehouse, both available separately. Also, separately available is the Woody's Lumber Yard Sign (not shown), which is a lit billboard. The structures are typical of private lumber yards located throughout the U.S. from the 1930s through the late 1970s. The warehouse includes two goose-neck exterior lights complete with shades, LEDs, resistor, and wires for 12-volt operation. The billboard sign comes with six LEDs, resistors, laser cut acrylic, and wood letters.
