Although sold as HO-scale, Ed feels these are way too big for HO-scale, making them perfect for S-scale. In S-scale, they have a 2'8" diameter and are 41'6" long. The set of four pipes comes with banding and wood spacers. The load is shown on Ed's B&O 50-foot gondola, which itself is a Kusan O27 car converted to S-scale. Heico is a German company that was bought out by Hornby in 2006.
