Notes:

This version has the flat roof panels, which were built first. The model features the National Steel Car company's unique ends. There were over 5,700 of these cars made between 1937 and 1946. They had a ten-foot interior height. The kit features a one piece resin casting, laser cut running boards, custom photo etchings, Des Plaines Canadian ladders, and Black Cat decals. The last photo is of a pre-production model, clearly showing the unique ends. Important: the model's body was based on the Pacific Rail Shops body casting, which, unbeknownst to Yarmouth Model Works, is still owned by Des Plaines Hobbies, and so copyright claims halted the sale of this car.
