This car was one of the 1986 NASG's Special Projects cars. It represents a non-insulated, low-pressure tank car. The tank was compartmentalized so that three commodities could be carried at the same time. They were available with either scale coil-sprung T-section Bettendorf trucks, or AF-compatible Ace sprung-Bettendorf trucks with hi-rail wheels.
