This represents a truss-rod, wooden flat car with a tank. The box is a light-blue color and probably dates to the 1980s. The kit's parts look very similar to the kits produced by Triangle Scale Models and re-released by Wiseman Model Services. But, clearly, P-B-L released this kit at some point in time as the part # "R-5", although "PBL-R-5" today is of a completely different car.
