Notes:

The model was produced through 1966 in five variations.
1st: door guides that are fastened with rivets, and knuckle couplers.
2nd: door guides that are fastened with rivets, knuckle couplers, and has interior bulkheads that divide the car into thirds.
3rd: door guides that are pressed into the body, sintered-iron trucks, and knuckle couplers.
4th: door guides that are fastened with rivets, interior bulkheads that divide the car into thirds, Pike-Master trucks and couplers, and came in the 1960-64 red-and-white box.
5th: door guides that are fastened with rivets, Pike-Master trucks and couplers, and came in the 1960-64 red-and-white box.

The reason for so few #24076 UP stock cars in an "All Aboard" box is that they were never produced much after 1961. Around 1965-66 Gilbert may have discovered they still had several #24076 in inventory and elected to package them in "All Aboard" packages to eliminate the inventory.

Bill Winans shows a reworked model, where he removed the cast-on details, added a new roof, and added new details to all sides and underfloor, installed scale trucks, and painted and lettered the model for his private railroad.
