Dick Karnes built this model as per the instructions. He added stirrup steps cut from ladder stock, brass wire hand grabs, Monroe Hobby Products diaphragms, styrene clerestory vents, San Juan "Evolution" couplers, and used Floquil paint and Champ decals to complete the model. The sprung trucks are from Train Stuff.
