The catalog notes that kits contain embossed cardboard sides and wood ends, pine floors, and underfloor braces, diecast details, printed sides, no couplers, diecast trucks, metal wheel sets, glue, and copyrighted photos with detailed instructions.

It also states that the locomotives and passenger cars listings for 1946 are identical to that of the 1939 catalog.
