These were a special run done for the South Jersey S Gaugers club ("SJSG" printed in their sides). Downs used the last remaining A.C. Gilbert American Flyer flat cars in stock, which were painted and lettered for the PRR. These were completed right before Russ Downs sold the company. Six of the flat cars were autographed by Russ, and are used as special club member recognition awards within the SJSG club. The cars came with a variety of loads. One was a set of three U.S. Army Jeeps, four different tarped loads, a tender load, and a track load. There were a number sold in 2005.

"BCR" probably stands for "body color red", as they also produced a yellow body color version.
