Notes:

The #24065 was produced from 1960 through 1964 in four variations. The first variation produced in 1960 has sintered-iron trucks and knuckle couplers. The second variation produced starting in 1961 for the remaining years has a light green plastic body and Pike-Master trucks. The third variation is painted light green over and orange body. It also has a Type II frame that was modified for a Hayjector assembly that was not installed and has Pike-Master trucks. The fourth variation, shown in the photo, is like the second except the NYC sticker is purple, whereas the normal sticker is black and white. Some believe the normal black area of the sticker turned purple because of sun exposure.
