The kit was reviewed in the July 1986 issue of Model Railroader magazine. The kit was reworked in 1991 and re-run in 1992 as a one-piece molding of the sides and ends, with many of the details molded in. Comes with underbody details, 3'7" Archbar trucks, decals, and Kadee couplers. They were also available pre-decorated (the manufacturer's ID will have "P" after the number).
