Bill Winans' model is decorated for his private road name. Bill used the original parts of the kit for everything, except for the roof, underframe, and details, which came from Pacific Rail Shops kits or were scratchbuilt. The roofwalk is from Plano (now owned by Des Plaines Hobbies). Couplers are Kadee, and the trucks are by American Models.
