The car was produced for the TCA Toy Train Museum in 1982 which commemorates the 75th Anniversary of American Flyer Trains 1907-1982. A label on the bottom of the car reads: "This is a Lionel product redecorated with additional markings by NEWBRAUG BROTHERS TOYS and Pleasant Valley Process Co., Cogan Station, Pa. 17728".
