Jim Kindraka added details, and painted and lettered his for a later version of the PRR X28. For the decals, Jim used the correct CDS S-311 set and supplemented them with X31/X33 decals from Des Plaines Hobbies. The model, as shown in this photo, still needed to have Dullcote applied as well as some weathering.
