General Notes

The Norfolk & Western J Class 4-8-4 that River Raisin proposed in 2009 unfortunately did not meet the required minimum of reservations to be produced by Boo Rim Precision out of Korea. Dan Navarre reports that this was one of only two models that River Raisin Models proposed that didn't meet the minimums needed for production.
