Layout Description:
The club's layout is 28' x 17', which has five lines that support both scale and hi-rail trains. There is an additional line for a trolley. This portable layout is displayed at various shows throughout Ohio, and features multi-level rail lines. The layout features a Boys Scout camp fire, complete with real smoke. As a tribute to a long time club member who owns a print shop who sells trains as a side-line, the layout also features an exact replica of his shop, complete with a running layout inside the storefront (a running layout inside a running layout!).

The Baltimore & Ohio Consolidation has completed its stop at the coaling station, and is ready to head out for the day's assignment. The 2-8-0 engine is one by S-Helper Service, which came fully painted and decorated, and included the engineer and brakeman figures. The 300-ton coaling station is a kit by Lehigh Valley Models. This model was built by the late Tom Boldt. This kit is still in production under its current owner, K & P Brick & Building Co. The scene is set on the Northern Ohio S Scalers club's modules.
