There were two versions of this 40-foot, rib-sided model that were produced. The painted but unlettered version with the 6-foot Superior doors were sold as part of the 1991 NASG-sponsored Special Project. The version sold directly by River Raisin Models was not painted (i.e. bare brass) and used the 6-foot Youngstown doors. Either way, the models were manufactured by Ajin Precision Models of Korea, and imported through Overland Models, Inc. The main photo shows the NASG version, while Photos #2 and #3 show the River Raisin version.
