The layout is housed in the second floor of Larry's barn, and represents a whimsical tour of America. The layout was built using Sievers Benchwork, with grades using the cookie-cutter method. While built as an around-the-room layout, there is a 3-foot maintenance isle around the entire layout, with the walls holding display models. There are over 50 bridges, over 500 buildings, and 83 turnouts on the layout.
