These were sold as unpainted models. Roger painted and lettered his for the Monon. Roger adds, "The Monon was very proud of its new paint scheme (1948), and kept their road engines clean for a couple years, at least until the early '50s, when profits started to decline." The model was also produced in the PRR version with their Trainphone antenna modeled.

These were sold as unpainted models. Manufactured by Samhongsa of Korea. Bob painted and lettered his for the Chicago & North Western. These models' frames started developing problems in later years. Bob wrote an article about that in the April 2007 issue of the NASG's Dispatch.
