|Holt painted this model such that it represents an F7 A-unit, because the NYC never had any FP7 engines (which is what the American Model model is). The FP7 is 4 feet longer to be able to store the equipment needed to support passenger car heating. He painted over the bottom headlight to better mimic an F7. He added number board dry transfers, and custom glazing for the cab door windows, as well as a working rear coupler. Photo #2 shows AM's A- and B-unit. The paint scheme was for the passenger trains. Available in the following configurations:|
- single A-unit.
- A- and B-unit, with B-unit holding the sound module.
- A- and B-unit, with B-unit also powered.
- A-B-A set, with B-unit holding the sound module.
